Cumberland is a beautiful 2 hour drive from Washington D.C., Pittsburgh, or Baltimore. Whichever direction you are coming from you will eventually end up on I-68. (Here is a link to Mapquest.)
Directions:
Westbound I-68: Exit at 43C. Turn left onto Harrison St., right onto Mechanic St. Look for parking. Windsor Hall is located on the Pedestrian Mall (Baltimore Street).
Eastbound I-68: Exit at 43C. Turn left onto Queen City Dr. At light, turn left onto Harrison St., right onto Mechanic St. Look for parking. Windsor Hall is located on the Pedestrian Mall (Baltimore Street).
Parking: There is plenty of free parking after 5pm along the streets throughout downtown or in either of the lots on the west side of Mechanic Street. There are also 2 multi-story parking garages; one accessible from George Street and the other from Frederick Street.
